An expert in physiology, molecular biology, and biomedical science, Brad Dieter recently finished his fellowship training in discovering novel therapeutics. Dr. Dieter’s research adopts a bench-to-bedside approach; adeptly utilizing molecular biology tools and his advanced training in biostatistics to discover and develop novel therapeutic agents for disease. In addition to his scientific career and training, he has been involved in building several businesses in the health-technology and biotechnology space through work as an executive and on scientific advisory boards.

Andreas has studied laws and business management at the University “Pontificia de Salamanca” in Spain and at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich in Germany. He have earned his master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Transnational Law at the “Temple University” in Tokyo. After his time as assessor at the Higher Regional Court Munich, he was assistant to Prof. Dr. Kigawa in Tokyo, and started his career at firms in Germany, Spain, the UK and Belgium working mainly on legal risk assessment, EU foreign trade, anti-dumping and regulatory matters. Since 1994, he developed deep passion for East Asia, spent an increasing amount of time in Japan, and in 2003, he became counselor for East-West relations at the Miyazaki (South Japan) local government. Subsequently, he worked in Tokyo at the law department of Sonderhoff & Einsel Law and Patent Office, and as CEO of the Japanese representations of the global branding specialist IQS Avantiq AG, and the coordinator of PCT national stage applications, Inovia Holdings Pty Ltd. In 2007, he founded the naexasCompass Group, to engage in the intersection between intellectual property law, product compliance, foreign trade and import duty policies to support the strategic planning and implementation of global branding and market entry projects of medium and large size enterprises. By today, his firm has offices in Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, the USA, and the EU. In 2016 his firm went online with an in-house developed system to facilitate the coordination of global projects, which is today used by over 800 companies worldwide. His clientele comprises Accolade Wines, Audi, Asea, Astellas, Asahi, Bandai, Benesse, Bayer, Daiichi Sankyo, Doterra, Estée Lauder, Fancl, GlaxoSmithKline, KAO, Kemin, Mars, Metro, Mary Kay, Merck, Mitsubishi, Shiseido, Takeda, Telefunken, etc.. He is invited as expert speaker to conferences, seminars and round tables of organizations such as the (INTA) International Trademark Association, the (PTMG) Pharmaceutical Trademark Group and the (IBA) International Bar Association.

He is a dependable leader with high energy and a creative attitude who can collaborate with team members, provide clear direction to the company, leverage out-of-the-box thinking in solving complex problems and innovate initiatives to achieve common goals for the stakeholders.

Kevin founded Outplay years ago with several business partners. He has been instrumental in charting its progress, and continues to play an integral role in expanding the team and advising on the vision for the company. His energy and enthusiasm for the success of Outplay and its brands (LactiGo and Velocity) is contagious, and has helped maintain consistent progress of the business.
Kevin Atkinson’s entrepreneurial penchant dates back to his teens, when he created his first business, CDC, Ltd., a first-of-its-kind Consumer Discount Card (long before companies were offering loyalty cards) which he sold at a significant profit, after just two years.
Following this success, he created another marketing business and invented the
PostCard CD, which became a national brand and indirectly introduced him the power of web traffic and subsequently, online sales.

Chad has spent over 19 years conducting research and developing protocols in cellular and molecular physiology. He is an adjunct faculty member at the University of San Diego, and has developed some of the most advanced blood lactate testing and intermittent hypoxia protocols in the world.
He founded the Institute for Human Kinetics in 2011, where he works with many of the world’s top athletes. In addition, he was a two sport Olympic athlete. He also serves as the Human Performance Specialist at Navy Special Warfare developing programs to prepare Navy Seals for combat deployment though their Tactical Athlete Program. Chad also heads OPI’s Research Team and has the knowledge base to conduct medical and exercise physiology research in both humans and rodents.

Max Pringle, BCom

Max has developed several businesses primarily focused on the e-commerce space. He received his BCOM from UVic in 2010, with a specialization in Entrepreneurship. He is a full stack software developer and has a strong technical background. Max leads the technology decisions at Ethoderm, ensuring that the team has all the tools they need to succeed.
He has led the development of the LactiGo brand, sales distribution, and operations. This has involved putting systems in place for manufacturing, online sales, wholesale, marketing, and international distribution.

Kiira brings over 25 years in the equine industry having served as the Director of Sales & Marketing for Ethoderm’s equine brand, Velocity, which Kiira has been involved with for 2.5 years. Before helping build Velocity, she worked in cloud-based technology sales and in the equine industry for Olympic level show jumping professionals. Kiira has a passion for horse care, growing businesses and building high performing teams.

Dr. Reginald B. O'Hara holds a Doctorate Degree in Interdisciplinary Arts & Sciences with a specialization in
Exercise Physiology, a Master of Science Degree in Biological Sciences and Mathematics, and a Master of
Science Degree in Exercise Physiology & Allied Professions, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied
Physical Sciences. He has 22 years of experience working as a Department of Defense (DoD) civil service
scientist. Dr. O'Hara also completed a three-year special assignment as the lead Aerospace Physiologist for
the U.S. Pacific Forces Command in the Republic of Korea. Before serving in his current role at WBAMC, he
was the Military Performance Laboratory Director at the Center for the Intrepid, Brooke Army Medical Center,
San Antonio, Texas. Before accepting his position with the U.S Army, Dr. O'Hara served as the lead scientific
investigator for 12 years at the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), United States Air Force School of
Aerospace Medicine, Wright Patterson AFB, OH. Dr. O'Hara created the first Human Performance Satellite
Laboratory within the United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine, where he developed and tested
an array of human performance technologies for the Air Force Special Operations Command. Dr. O'Hara co-
authored the first Viper NHEXS, A Viper Neck Health & Conditioning Manual for all Department of Defense
(DoD) U.S. Air Force fighter pilots. He has over 60 scientific publications and presentations in human
performance, muscle physiology, and injury prevention. He was recently awarded a patent (Patent No: US
10,820,617 B1) from the United States Patent & Trademark Office for a technology that he invented and
developed for all DoD Special Forces Operators, now a commercially available product. Dr. O'Hara is an avid
runner, having completed 24 ultra-marathons. His longest run was 150 miles, raising funds for the non-profit
U.S. Marine organization Always Brothers.

Dr. Sharpe is a nutritionist and functional medicine practitioner. He has eighteen years of clinical experience diagnosing and treating complex diseases. He currently serves as the head nutritionist at the Institute for Human Kinetics and is an adjunct faculty member in the post-graduate Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine program at the University of Western States where he teaches integrative therapies to physicians and allied health professionals.

Dr. Dan Pardi is the CEO of humanOS.me - a digital health training application. To create humanOS, the team has collaborated with over 100 top health-science Professors across the globe. Their podcast, humanOS Radio, is the official podcast of the Sleep Research Society, the Canadian Sleep Society, and a content partner of the Buck Institute on Aging.
In his work, Dr. Pardi has collaborated with high-performing organizations, from Silicon Valley VCs like the Mayfield Fund and Artis Ventures to companies like Adobe, Salesforce, Workday, Pandora, Intuitive Surgical, Jazz Pharmaceuticals and many more. He also works with several branches of the US Military including the Special Forces and Naval Special Warfare. Dr. Pardi has a Ph.D. in Cognitive Neuroscience from Leiden University in the Netherlands, and Stanford University in the United States, and he has a Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University in the United States. He currently lives in Austin Texas with his wife and two young boys.

Dr Manjit Gosal has completed a Masters Degree in addition to his Medical Degree and has practiced Functional Medicine since 2006. He has a keen interest in Anti-Aging Medicine and sports performance, and he is currently the Medical Director for the BC Athletic Commission. He is a certified Ring Physician for combat sports such as the UFC. On a personal level, he teaches and competes in Karate and is a former National Canadian karate champion.
